That's the latest question in a series of the Bills' 25 most pressing questions this season, according to their official website. Writer Mark Armstrong considers three men who have the best shot at the role of starting alongside Stevie Johnson 
: T.J. Graham , Robert Woods, and Brad Smith .
Graham is entering his second season after catching 31 passes in 15 games as a rookie. Graham, who is known for his sprinter speed, performed well in spring practices and has been studying the routes of Dolphins wide receiver Mike Wallace.
Woods is a second-round rookie who is believed to be NFL-ready. He has reportedly had a not-so-steep learning curve trying to grasp the Bills' offense. He has also shown to be very mature, focused, and a good route-runner, according to Armstrong.
Smith is the veteran of the group at 29 years old. He is no longer a quarterback/receiver hybrid; he has made the switch to full-time wide receiver this year. Although he doesn't have much on his CV that stands out as a receiver, his experience could give him an edge in this competition.
Fantasy Analysis:
And which of them will be most valuable for fantasy owners? We probably won't know until well into the season. This battle is a crapshoot, and the Bills' quarterback situation -- Kevin Kolb or E.J. Manuel? -- doesn't offer any comfort to anyone who is looking to own any of these guys in fantasy. I would take Woods if I had to choose one, because he is a possession receiver who can line up in different spots and seems to already have a good understanding of what he needs to do. But I'm not particularly high on him. I don't really want anyone associated with the Bills' passing game, Johnson included.
